They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This picture of Rokiah was taken on February 22, 2009. It shows her in a restaurant having a drink after what can only be described as a full meal. The battle has been a difficult one, and will continue to be difficult, but days like this gives much hope. And with hope, a good attitude, the right natural treatment and with God’s help, she will triumph.
And if you are wondering why a 4th stage cancer patient still has a full head of hair, it is because she never suffered a single day of chemotherapy…
Beautiful…
Thank you, Cheah!
I just read your blog about Pn Rokiah..bravo to her..she has won the battle against cancer! I hope I can be like her.
Hello Rozi. We appreciate your kind comments but I am afraid the battle has not been won yet – like I wrote, there is still a long way to go. Do contact me should you need any info or help.
ya..I know..it still a long way to go. For the fact that she with her courage and family support has emerged from the journey this far..i call it a great success..with God’s will of course. If you dont mind, could you email me your contact no? thanks.
Hi Rozi. Yes, Rokiah has shown tremendous courage from the time she was prepared for her first operation in September 2008, when she was wheeled into the operation theatre again a second time in the same month, her admirable tolerance of the B17 treatment where you vomit/go to the toilet 5-10 times a day for 19 days (and she did this twice)….
Words cannot describe this kind of determination and inner strength, and we thank God for this, every single day.
(I have written to you separately re my contact number)
